Gold Mine Explosion Kills 18 in S Africa dailynews.yahoo.com B, something just aint right in the world. What's with the all the oil refinery problems, and this type of thing as well? Makes one wonder if the production of these two political commodities has been forced to become so ultra "efficient" that producing facilities are stretched the breaking point (i.e., too many corners have been cut). (The refinery fires I don't know much about but I'm intrigued and think it's worth a second look).
