I wonder whether Moore Stephens Lovelace has indicated that it refuses to allow its earlier opinions to be used again? Recall that Ernst and Young did it (it was the reason that HITT had to withdraw its prevsiously filed 10k), but I had never seen a suggestion that MSL did it too, until this co. news release: Hitsgalore.com, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: HITT - news) has announced that the Company is moving forward to retain a new accounting firm to re-audit the pre-merger, pre-Hitsgalore 1996, 1997 and 1998 accounting and records of System Communication Inc.
