Right on Bull.... this is B I G news. Imo, the price of Crude alone wasn't going to take us substantially higher any time soon. But, this might.... let's hope the ''fear'' remains in the market and that we see the rotation continue. There were more than a few comments in the media yesterday singling out Energy as "THE" place to be...

BULL; one caveat on Cap Ex spending... I think you will be right on a ramp of production spending; but I think it will be in from the Independants here in Q3-4 for drilling and not from the Oil Majors untill Q1-2 2000.The entire story will be how will the Street react ? - how soon will they run the stocks up in advance of the actual realization to the bottom line from any increase in cap ex spending ? - and how far out will they be willing to look for expected results... ?
