The last ingredient is commodity prices, and on the weekly chart, they're going sideways on the CRB but oil prices are up and so are the grains, so this might be "it".

John, ndx breaking the right shoulder of what appears to be an angled H&S pattern using the late June right shoulder, target for this pattern is the 200 day moving average near the June lows.

also check out the biotech index which has gone parabolic.
