Thank you Ted, I'm glad you took the time to read it as it was fairly long.

Regarding your question, there is absolutely nothing certain pertaining to usat. If you read recent messages from the fcm, I find it doubtful that usat is even a customer any longer. Or possibly usat has failed in securing financing which would not be any surprise, considering the monumental legal challenges it faces. recent usat SEC filings read like one giant disclaimer. Besides the ongoing SEC investigation, usat has numerous shareholder and other lawsuits in progress as well. What institution or individual in their right mind will step up to the plate with financing in the face of those legal challenges ?????

Best regards,

Tom

I was going to buy shares of FCM again, but after reading the latest
release, FCM is up to old tricks again IMO. This is not what has been told to us by way of memo's and releases. There is also the 367,000 six figure they spoke of several months ago. So the new "customers" could not have contributed much to this quarter, and the messages being given are quit contradictory, and misleading at best. IMHO. This company may have something, but they really need to get someone else to write headlines, and be honest, and get a PR firm. Something just doesn't feel right. Seth, I appreciate your input. But, Fnet does not look to IPO in late summer 1999, as stated in FCM heading.

Thanks
Mike
