Joe wants to have a bigger venture now for his alien dream:

zdnet.com

Man, any idea how many more USWB shares he will sell to finance
his dream. I don't see many rich people want to spend the money
the way he does. Certainly it is one of interesting images we
have to deal with as long as you own this stock.

Have been on the road lately - a little out of touch. Anyways, just noticed this deal. Have a ton of buddies at MMG, and they'd been talking about a deal for ages. In fact they said that they had been talking to about 30 different entities about selling themselves out. One thing I can definitely say is that they are a VERY smart bunch of people - maybe even smarter than McKinzie on average. However, I cannot say whether they 'get it' - I like to think my firm is on the verge of 'getting it' and we're way ahead of the likes of MMG. I guess they put a good spin on their story - or at least ready the right books. What worries me is that while USWB is paying $300MM for these guys, their are issuing another 10MM options - that's major dilution on one hand. ON the other hand, MMG brings in pretty good revenues, and very strong industry contact which will allow for huge total revenues downstream assuming they can integrate the strategy side and the IT side - that's not easy to do.
