The stock structure is as follows:

14,442,500 Outstanding
Appr. 4.7M unrestricted (I consider this the float)
500K in stop transfer
another 250K in the process of stop transfer

ADP shows 408 shareholders and 1,571,959 (this is what they were telling me)

DTC report 7-16 1,443,000

So apparently the information is straight up. I have asked to talk to the transfer agent.

I have just received a Mining Stock News that has some interesting information. The news is about Orex Gold and according to this will be on CNBC sometime this month. I am in the process of OCRing the news letter and will post when done.
