Sarah "Under development partners in the press release they do list Bittware. We have learned from experience that development contracts do not guarantee production contracts so room for speculation does Unless something has changed, Bittware is a Sharc houuse and the news suggested TI? exclusive. Whiile I don't know what if role Spectrum has there s/w is what I had in mind either on the send/and or receiver side. Remember this is going to be an embedded programable featrure variable system for analog/ digital and broadbanded service like weather, stocks and a multitude of features you could order with receiver or transmitter or upgrade with programmable s/w. Sounds like its right up Spectrums alley but time will tell. The thing that I liked was the realization that the end of year 99 forecast still seems doable for commercial digital radio apps with new cores and Spectrums new s/w products geared at this market. bittware.com Regards Norden
