Prudential raised MSFT's estimates yesterday

One of the most unreliable analysts. He has not realized MSFT's potential and i believe he only has MSFT as a market perform or outperform at best----at any time during his coverage of the stock.

He has Oracle as a strong buy. I think he is probably in the camp that believe companies like Sun, Oracle, AOL will signal the demise of MSFT. I think he is out in left field if that is his reasoning.
Just my 2 cents.
