First, you said that such issues were too polarizing to bring up on a thread like this. Since that is obviously not true, I supplied an alternative explanation, one of tone. However, you are right, there is not constant banter, so now we have come down to the question of whether or not something arises naturally. Actually, when I originally tried to post the link, it was in the middle of an economics debate between Terrence and Delbert, so I guess it was a natural enough association. Now, there is the tutorial element. But they are pretty short posts, and anyone is free to object, to how "tutorial" can they be? Hmmmm--- I am at a loss.....
