If you read the notes to the 10K you'll find information about the merger, and about some post-merger events that took place in Q1.

Boris, Thank you for kindly reposting the key points from Bob Sim's post of the press release, somehow I missed those. Was your salient point regarding the lawsuit against the "malicious bashers" that (s)HITT expects a significant improvement in their financials from the $20,000,000 million and do you think any of that is recorded in the 2Q results? Also when would you expect to see some financial statements released for 2Q? Would you mind reposting the original news release about the lawsuit, I hate to bother Bob? By the way if you wondered what that s is doing in front of the company name, I sometimes suffer morf dyslexia.
