Live from Kinkos. . .

Joe, I have been discussing the "wash and rinse" cycle the market is under for months. Markets undulate. . . and the variations of up and down are what cause people to trade. . . if it sat there and lost 2 points per day, everyone would go home. . .like they did in the 70's. . .that is a bear market. . .and nobody wins in a bear market. . . especially not the brokerage houses.

So we go up we go down we go up we go down. . . .anything to shake shares and cause trading.

But when all is said and done. . . and you look back to review the year. . . you will see lower highs and lower lows marked this period as a "bear within a larger bull". . . .[depending on how far back you look. . . and what you are looking at]. . . .

We don't all trade the Dow. . .so we needn't follow it much. . .check out some 1 year charts on internet index, high-techs, Nasdaq 200, Russell 2000, etc. . . they should give better indication of what has been going on. . .

And yes, I believe we go lower from here NOT higher. .. . and that it will take quite some time to get there. . . making it "seem" slow moving.

These are my opinions.

Hope all are well.
