PS; FWIW, there are day-traders that leave messages on the Yahoo board and are signaling short sales, predicting short-term prices, etc. Interestingly, these messages were posted before the news hit the major news channels and were subsequently proved inaccurate. The stock is well below its all time high of ~21. So when was the market inefficient, now or when it was at 21? The relevant point is that the market is inefficient for biotechs for reasons which are well known. IMO a stock like Vical could be a big winner either from straight-forward product development or a buyout. David
