i wasnt arguing Powerpoints market position - Microsoft owns the whole desktop applications stack by bundling, illegally tyeing and witholding API's from competing companies - Microsoft may ultimately have only themselves to blame for the decline in PC software cause there's not a whole lot of software vendors left who want to compete with them - saying Powerpoint is #1 doesnt take away from its uselessness one bit - but thats JMHO.
