Forget talking this one up its going down. The rights issue is terminated. The existing large investors have been pulled kicking and screaming to the table. The have signed NON-BINDING LoIs i.e. buying time. These LoIs come with heavy conditions for ICO re. business models, cost reduction and influence. If the conditions aren't met then no show on the money front. Most are putting up the minimum because they don't want to loose what they have already put in. They would then wait for some milestones to be reached get the share price above $11.11 and sell-out quick. I hear from some of the ICO team that they are pretty sure they won't reach the $600m figure by August 11th - date of next Board meeting. So then the Board HAS to act and appoint an administrator. Bond holders watch out you're going high and dry. If they were confident they wouldn't have invoked the 30-days. "Subject to obtaining the necessary consent by senior note holders and the company's continued progress toward the completion of the financing proposal, ICO currently expects to pay within the permitted 30-day grace period the interest due August 1 on its senior notes. In all other respects, ICO continues to pay its debts and obligations as they become due in the ordinary course of business." Of course if you hold stock then you'll be ok (NOT) - everytime ICO announces bad news its share price goes higher ! Boeing !! (on condition of 9 ICO launches - talk about risk mitigation!) - put in 75 to get 150+ out. ILS (LM) get screwed. Duetsche Telecom VSNL (india) Singapore Telecomm Greece PTT Etisalat (UAE) TFSL (Venture firm) South Africa Telecom Credit Suisse (bond holders) Others for small amounts.
