I also agree that the recent stock appreciation is not news driven specifically- but reflects a growing understanding that the traditional CLEC landscape is rapidly migrating away from voice-centric carriers toward a suite of broadband data services. NXLK's huge purchase of LMDS uniquely positions them to provide wireless broadband to medium-sized businesses (the majority of businesses fall in this category), in conjunction with their fiber network (ala LVLT) makes them a serious contender in the next generation CLEC space. Consolidation appears inevitable- especially with companies like GBLX looking for last mile connections and customers to fill their global crossing of fiber. This stock is a keeper! fwiw jeremic cosmo-up 5 1/2 points last i checked! :)
