no,but they are reporting deferred licensing fees from Rohm as revenues and the selling agreement with actel has ben changed and they expect losses through at least 99.Revenue projections from actel at best will never make them profitable and they are not reporting the potential manufacturing risks for yields etc. which I expect they will have delays at best, They probably want to be relisted so idanta and others can unload shares with hype to boost the shares before they completely suspend operations.Hope no one else gets burned by this one and SEC takes action against them which I have asked broker to contact.
