NTOP - just keep a trailing stop where you feel comfortable... in case... the market action is still bullish IMO... could go higher...

Hi all,

Been away traveling for awhile. Does anyone have any thoughts on PER? It's been churning since losing a major client last spring, but I'm thinking about taking a position before earnings next Tuesday. PER did run nicely at earnings time last quarter, but seems to be a forgotten stock at this point.
