Or would it be that they don't want the game to be able to be viewed by potential investors here. That way it can be as good as you guys want to make it out to be. Why let the reality of how poorly the game may play interfere with your promotional efforts, eh?

A poor excuse on not allowing play from Canada, as well as not
maximising shareholder value.

The Kyl Bill is a potential *US* law. US laws have no jurisdiction
in Canada or Mexico for that matter.

Bingo.com should issue a statement indicating why they are applying
a law that may take effect in the US to Canadians. There is no
jurisdiction there.
