The Water World:

Water World is located on the bank of the river in the new high technology park in the Shilong District of Dongguan in Guangdong Province – the most populated and wealthiest province in China. Many multi-national companies have their offices in the new high technology park adjacent to the Water World.

The Water World itself has an area of 40,000 square meters with a full range of water sports and entertainment facilities, including a standard size underwater musical swimming pool, wave pool, kids pool, water slide towers, restaurant and other facilities. It opened in August 1998 and its first day of operation in August 1998 attracted over two thousand visitors.

The Water World is Phase I in the development of the Asian Star Entertainment Complex, which occupies a total area of over 140,000 square meters and includes a sports & recreation club, water world, entertainment center (including the largest Music Hall in Guangdong) , 4-Story Hotel/Apartment, High-rise Deluxe Apartment/Condo, Single Homes and other facilities.

Additional Water World in Red Lady Lake in Mapi and Guangzhou are in the planning stages.

The Water World had over 2,000 visitors on its first day of operation.

With the growing size and influence of the local population in Guangdong Province, Asian Star believes that this project has significant growth potential.
