Possibly. but you have to ask yourself one question, do you feel lucky.. sorry, got carrried away:-) You have to ask yourself if it is better to give all an opportunity and some some fail(with the realization that the failure could cause some pshycological trauma) or not give the opportunity and see some better themselves.

It is a personal choice what we think is better, but I also default to one position. Aim for the choice that allows for the highest good, that allows someone to become *the greatest version of the grandest vision that they have ever held for themselves.
