The lockup is usually for the insiders not the people that buy the ipo. A lot of brokers will not give you future ipo's if you flip them but will not stop you from doing it.

Trade out EFNT. Market looks bad. DOW is tanking and I am afraid the naz may follow. Not willing to risk it.
