MNorth... 1) SWG is extremely low profile.... so the market doesn't know what they are up to.... therefore...very few buyers. 2) The stock is extremely tightly held...current shareholders and insiders know what they have in hand... so nobody wants to sell at these ridiculously low price. Conclusion... you often see these large spread. CC P.S. Me thinks that the show starts in August/September
