DATEK - i like them - only do stocks, no options, etc. - but for $9.99 a trade you can't have everything - may not be the best choice if you are trading big $ or trading rapidly many times a day - but i like their "streamer" which shows real quotes

Personally like Datek a lot, despite occasional glitches. Feel it delivers quite a few features for the price. If you're having trouble with the streamer, shut down your browser completely and then open it again and log into Datek, then click on streamer. If you're already logged into Datek and can't get the streamer running, it won't do any good to keep trying unless you log out and start fresh. (Took a while to figure this out--had to ask Datek) Don't know how great that after-hours trading might be.....probably not enough players on the Island ECN to make it valuable, but could be wrong in my pessimism.
