Deerbrook Publishing Foresees Next Year Revenues Exceeding 15 Million And .30 Per Share

Deerbrook Plans to Apply to Nasdaq Once Acquisitions Close

PHOENIX, July 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Company executives at Deerbrook Publishing Group, (OTC Bulletin Board: DBPG - news) foresee Deerbrook Publishing Group revenues exceeding 15 million next year. The company also anticipates earnings of .30 cents per share fully diluted. The company plans to apply for a Nasdaq Small Cap Listing this year.

Deerbrook Publishing Group is in the final stages of three acquisitions that the company foresees closing in the next 30 days, two months early. Once the acquisitions close, Deerbrook Publishing Group anticipates meeting all requirements for a Nasdaq Small Cap listing. The forward-looking projections do not include a possible capitalization increase by spinning off artup.com, the Internet division of Deerbrook Publishing Group. Artup.com is expected to launch August 24, 1999 and could create additional revenue and distribution channels for Deerbrook Publishing Group products.

Deerbrook Publishing Group is a highly regarded publisher of quality limited edition prints. The company will now have a further distribution channel with the artup.com network that would act as a reseller for company's products. amzn short - you've got company, jenna...i'm watching yhoo and ebay trip over themselves to make new lows, and just think amzn has to follow suit real soon. (puts were too pricy for me, but my nxlk puts aren't looking too good now)

SI is planning on fazing out the Classic, which happens to be the original.

Jenna, check out: JDSU. GilderReport calls this the Intel of Telecosm (report link below). They are add capacity left & right and one of the biggest suppliers to LU/NT/CSCO. Just had a well-received secondary.
