I did some digging on Intermedia (ICIX) and they will control a majority share of DIGEX per the S1 report. ICIX has lost $ every year and not reached its July 1998 high. Earning forecasts are negative per Webcrawler and Outside shareholders have been selling. No buying in 1999. With ICIX trading at $28 today, I'll pass on this one.

Per the S1 on page 14. "Intermedia controls a majority of our voting power, and Intermedia's interests in us may conflict with your interests as a shareholder." Too bad that ICIX did let it go completely.
