Full Scale Sport Clubs/Resort Developments: In addition to the sports facilities in the Dragon Villa Entertainment Center and the Mapi City Entertainment Center, the Company is developing full scale sport clubs / resort developments in Shilong, Mapi, Guangzhou and other areas, The developments will include tennis & golf facilities to form an integrated recreation / sports / entertainment network. Asian Star has the following recreation & sports clubs/resorts under development: Dragon Villa Resort, Shilong, Dongguan, Guangdong Province Red Lady Lake Resort / Yacht Club, Mapi, Guangdong Province Asian Star is also engaged in advanced negotiations to acquire the following sports club: Sports & Recreation Club, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. Dragon Villa Resort, Shilong - Under Construction Located in the new district of Shilong, in Guangdong Province, the Resort occupies approximately 220 acres, and consists of hotel, food & beverage outlets, indoor & outdoor swimming pool, golf driving range, tennis courts, snooker room and the family oriented amenities. Red Lady Lake Resort / Yacht Club, Maple City - Under Planning Located on the beautiful shores of Red Lady Lake in Maple City, the Resort shall occupy approximately 400 acres of land, and consist of hotel, food & beverage outlets, yacht club, swimming pool, golf course, tennis courts, snooker room and other family oriented amenities. Sports & Recreation Club, Guangzhou - Under Negotiation The Company is currently negotiating with the Provincial Government and Guangdong Province to take over the existing club and upgrade the resort facilities in Nanhu to create a first class lakeside resort. This facility was formerly used by the senior ranking officials of the Chinese Central Government. The Company's strategy is to develop high-quality, comprehensive and integrated entertainment / recreation / sports complexes to attract individual / corporate memberships for expatriates working in China, as well as local residents, expecially families.
