I have no position in SNMM or any of the competition,

But, do you think the Kyle bill will affect international business ?

Kinda reminds me of Jesse Helms and his attempt to use US law in dealing with companies that do business with Cuba. The Stink that was created with that " Extra Territorial " legislation caused it never to be fully implemented.

You think people who want to gamble on line are going to stop because of the Kyle bill ?

Its really not enforceable without the "Big Brother" prying into every computer in America.

I just don't understand the logic. The Biggest gambling house on the net is online trading. Is that being curtailed ? Hell No...longer hours are coming with even more chance for manipulation and abuse.

They would be better off in the long run to kill the Kyle bill and embrace online gaming. Its not going to go away. Might as well regulate it and get the tax revenue etc.

How many States and Indian Reservations have gambling now ? I'd feel more comfortable gambling online at the site of a large land based casino then some fly by night operation.

Gambling is here to stay. Internet is here to stay.

Impossible to stop it.
