Cm, You left out #7 #7 To consider and vote on a proposal to nominate the management teams of Glenayre, Unisys and Lucent Technologies as honorary Comverse Shareholders given their many contributions to our success over the past few years. At his time we would like to recognize their history of service, commitment to ineptness and passion for mediocrity in the space known as Telecom Endhanced Services, with particular attention paid to our favorite Telecom executive, Benjamin "Clueless" Verwaayen, who will hopefully infect Lucent will the corporate culture he learned growing up in the PTT world.
