simple.. sometimes MMs will raise the ask price to entice sellers into thinking "last chance to buy"

or because they realize they shouldn't be selling it so cheap ..

stock will play around between .16 to .21 until we get an event. news or confirmed proof of the financials on their website... I still say today is the day to accumulate and monday or tuesday is the day to reap the rewards..

OT: IVTX forward split news is starting to spread.. stock keeps moving up on every few buys... ORXX VERY oversold on this dip too.

Trades on OTC-BBs are often reported on the tape several minutes after the bid and/or ask changes in response to that trade. In fast markets it can be as much as 8-10 minutes later. A sell will generally not "cause" the ask to move up (actually it can happen if the low ask hits the bid instead, then moves out of the picture and the ask moves up to the next selling MM).
