General Crude, I originally bought BMC in 94 sold it and bought it again about a qtr ago. I am a bit ashamed to admit it, but as a novice to the soft ware business, I never really understood the applications or knew who the major competitors to the company were. (Houston based and watched the qtrly earnings increase so it got my attention.

Would you or some other knowledgeable person on this thread please give me a quick summary on these points?

Thanks,

Sunny

I'd say that $2.00 and $2.50 look like good estimates for working purposes. However, I don't think a target above Morgan Stanley's $64 is reasonable, particularly during the seasonal weakness usually associated with technology stocks.
