Ok the rumor that the shorts are associated with the upcoming acquistion is not accurate either but merely speculation. The acquistion is 10M 2 year restricted shares at a cost basis of $3.00 a share. The share price does not effect the acquistion.

I am working on getting all the DD and may even put up a site (FREE OF CHARGE) and post what I get. SO far you have all that I have.
