I just picked up a small position at 19 5/16, last trade was a buy of 24.4k shares. It looks like the big boys wanted to get some cheap shares.

Mike,

I spoke with my broker at Merryl Lynch after the open Friday and just received there breakdown on the valuation of SNC which is what you sataed in your post. This apparently will be a typical investment for me whereas my stock pick is excellent but my timing sucks. I will average down on Monday.
