I have to sign off to get the fax but I figure 4.9M in insider and 14.6 in consultants and freinds. is 19>5M in certs ... They are expecting the DTC report shortly maybe even today. Will see what is going on then. Hey I believe they are telling the truth and I am trying to verify as much as humanly possible.

If this is what I think it is all the longs have a AMSC of 3-4 bucks.

Will post as I find out more.

4.9M are restricted by the TA and I do not need those certs.
