Pharmos-Dexanabinol on CBS Evening News on 8/1/99. In a short feature dexanabinol and Pharmos were mentioned by name. The drug was reported to be having great success with severe brain trauma patients. Hiam Aviv was pictured and named. A Dr. Marshall from the Univ. of San Diego Medical Center was pictured and quoted as saying that the results with Dexabinol were the best that he had seen in his 20 years of practice. The reporter said that the drug would probably not be available for 2 1/2 years but that Pharmos was hoping for accelerated FDA approval. GO PHARMOS!!! sooner then 2 1/2 yrs please.
