Has anyone here seen this before or have any more info on the auction platform? zdnet.com from the above linked article: "For example, EDS has launched a business-to-business auction platform for companies to cut better deals with suppliers. To date, the company hasn't publicized the offering. " Also this is interesting but not a direct link, it is an interview by wallstreetreporter.com look for the interview of a company called CBQ Inc (also located in TX) which has a B2B auction platform. Listening to the interview the president of CBQI stated that bid4it was purchased by the company in 1997 and was originaly built by EDS for internal use to move surplus materials in-house, it's very interesting. Does anyone have any direct info about the EDS auction platform?
