FWIW....I belive Nagra is what DISH uses in its boxes. Very robust from what the hackers say, DirectTV...well that's another story.

ATTENTION CUBE MANAGEMENT: Why don't you announce a stock buyback? I think it would serve three purposes: First, it would send a strong signal to the market that CUBE management believes in CUBE's future and that the stock is undervalued. Second, if CUBE bought back five to seven million shares at $42-$45 (the price level it would probably go to immediately after the announcement), it would be a far more efficient and creative use of the $240 million cash on the balance sheet than having it return 5.5% in the money markets. Third, it would force the seemingly complacent management team to solicit the capital markets for any future funds needed for acquisitions or projects. This, in turn, might install a much needed sharpened sense of survival in the organization. CUBE's stock is significantly undervalued relative to its peer group and management has a fiduciary responsibility to correct that inequality - now. I would think Don Valentine, Chairman of Board, would almost demand this essentially remedial financial strategy to maximize shareholder value.
