>It sounds like it wouldn't be their style to issue a bogus upgrade to dump shares

How many times do I have to say this? issuing a upgrade to dump shares not only ISNT illegal, it is highly profitable. It is unethical.

So ask yourself again, if you were a broker with a ton of shares to dump, and it wasnt illegal to upgrade the stock and dump, and you knew it would drive up the price, of COURSE you'd pump and dump!

didn't know this Dain Rauscher firm and someone told me yesterday they were good.
Appparently they have some good analysts in the comm area. It sounds like it wouldn't be
their style to issue a bogus upgrade to dump shares... however... its pretty agressive
going from hold to strong buy here

Michelle,

It seems they are making sense. Why should one have bought high? Why not buy low? People seeme "frightened" these stocks have fallen so they are selling them. The time to buy may be during the next month or so.
