Neo-- Well, first off, there is nothing wrong with a pat on the back. It's nice, it's affirming, and it's free. Some people even think it's endearing:-) Some people are fullfilling their potential, many aren't. Perhaps a large majority need help in doing so. There is no shame in either needing or giving help. The act of helping to reach potential, is good for the giver and the reciever. If it is successful it is also good for society. mark I am off to Platteville to watch the Bears practice.
