happy_girl, the number of shares any investor had did not matter, as long as it was more than 100 shares... and if memory serves me right, have had the shares as of record date 6/16/1999... and each investor who participated and correctly followed Wit Capital's procedure was allotted 100 ENGA shares as per Mr. Wetherell's email later... however, WitCapital got only 100K shares which means only 1000 investors got shares, and I am inclined to think that there must be more than 1000 investors who would have liked to get 100 ENGA shares...

it's too bad if you didn't get the letter because of your broker... you need to confirm that though... like I said before, check out your account registration with your broker... BTW, are you aware of anyone else with your broker who received the letter...? ask your broker...

best regards
amein

What's your broker got to do with it. Everything was supposed to go through witcapital.
