true enough, but with 'only' 76M shares outstanding, i'd like to
think it'd be a bit of both. <vbg>

considering we're currently at a market cap of ~$4.9B, we could use
the breathing room ...

250M - 76M = 174M shares @$60 = $10.4B "for acquisition"
