klb0, The patents are on the technology I think, and I don't know for sure exactly what they are. You may be able to get a start if you follow the trail of the settlement hybr made 6-9 months ago. You should be able to find that via news releases. I think the company was com 21 they settled with. I do know that some very technical posters on this board were very impressed with the patents, but what do I know except the customers like the modems. Satch
