I attended the meeting,what a waste of time! There were only 3 or 4 people in attendance that were not connected with the co. I saw or heard nothing that would give me any confidence in this co. I am disgusted with myself for wasting my time with this co.Over the years I have attended many annual meetings and this was the worst ever!BTW the meeting was held at a very fancy country club I wonder what that cost the shareholders? Anyway I am taking my loss and moving on. I wish the best to all who continue to follow this stock,you will need it! Ernie

I wondered why there was no comments on yahoo about the meeting, now I know, it was the party that no one came to! kind'a depressing lets hope they have a plan,with their money at stake also they better. No doubt P. N. made a bundle selling unicore and by taking stock lets hope they are going to sell it all to someone else. I have a lot riding on this co. but if I lose i wouldn't go shooting anyone, it was my choise. I'll just cry a little. regards, we
