Jim, 4 downgrades on HIW today caused the selling in the first 1/4 hour. It treaded water the rest of the day. Still, REITs gained favor in the last hour, and unless it was end of month window dressing, this could be the start of an upleg. The ^RMS bounced off the 200 day moving average, and with such sweet yields, it may get hot for a week or two again. HIW is trading less than 9 x adjusted FFO which is incredibly weak. I'll have to review the conference call, but 3 of the 4 ratings still had HIW at accumulate or better, only 1 short term hold. Richard
