Group West Systems Ltd - News Release Group West completes private placement Group West Systems Ltd GPW Shares issued 6,210,229 Jul 30 close $1.35 Tue 3 Aug 99 News Release Mr. Jag Sandhu reports Group West Systems Ltd. has completed the financing to raise $750,000 (Canadian) pursuant to a private placement of 750,000 units at $1.00 per unit. Each unit consists of one share and one-half of a warrant. Each whole warrant will be exercisable to acquire one share subject to the following limits: 187,500 whole warrants will be exercisable to acquire 187,500 common shares at $1.25 (Canadian) per share for a period of six months and the remaining 187,500 whole warrants will be exercisable to acquire 187,500 shares at $1.25 (Canadian) per share for a period of 12 months.
