According to your stated interpretation of the aforementioned sentence, this would not be 'raising' the voltage. But, ok, 2.7 or something.

(Or are you make the utterly insane postulate that voltage depends solely on process (and frequency) and not on chip architecture - I thought that by showing you that the Alpha 21264 runs at 2.5V on a .35mu inferior process, this subject had become moot).
