Since Wal-Mart's offering is mentioned in your post, do you or anyone else have any thoughts on this article regarding Internet secondary offerings:

It makes a valid case, since this is the only way I see most of these Internuts to stay afloat.

Seems there wasn't much support from month-end index buying today. What do you make of this? Must funds buy into indexes within a set period of time?
