There is probably some leak of news or an EE article forthcoming.

Jd,

We are going into a situation that would be dangerous to buy on the dips.

Why do you say this? Unless you think the long-term (or even intermediate-term) Rambus story is intact, and as long as you don't blow the whole wad on the first dip <G>, why not buy some on the dips over the next week or two?

And to MH: I don't think anyone has ever claimed that traders don't make money. Some don't, some do, just as with buy-and-holders. But every study I've ever seen quoted indicates that on the average buy-and-holders get a better return than traders. Individually, the more successful traders probably do better than most BAHer's, but there are probably many, many more traders who lose money (probably for any number of reasons: panicking when their holdings go down during market hiccups and selling at the low, higher margin levels, who knows?).

Personally, I hope everyone makes money. And that I make the most of all <G>.
