We have visited the company in Sarasota. We have confirmed the real estate venture in North Carolina. We are comfortable with this company and our Penny portfolio manager, upon review of the audited report and feedback regarding tangible operations has not given a sell signal. We hold pat awaiting further news on company developments.

Jim, thanks for digging-out that info. Two things SEEM fairly clear right now -- the company itself is in much better shape than all the panic-selling would indicate, AND the company had better get rid of its IR and PR people and hire new ones who can put out accurate information that won't be under-cut by another of their own releases just days later...
