Opens Hong Kong Office POMPANO BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 3, 1999--Spencer Krumholz, CEO of Liteglow Industries Inc. (OTC BB:LTGL - news), announced Tuesday that Liteglow Industries has now opened a fully staffed office in Hong Kong. The new office, located at 56 Wing Lok Street, 2nd Floor, Cheong Fat House, in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, will serve as Liteglow's China office for establishing guidelines and inspections for quality control, as well as implementing many buying functions, including sourcing of new products, establishing lines of communications with our factories, and consolidation of shipments throughout China. The office will be supervised by Abdul Saliim, native born and raised in Hong Kong, with a staff of three, and is financed through a commission basis on purchasing, etc., so no cash outlay is needed from Liteglow to maintain the office. Saliim has over 25 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket, and worked with Krumholz and Lou Wiener (COO of Liteglow) on their recent trip to China. The Hong Kong office will also serve any buyers that wish to visit any of Liteglow's manufacturing facilities during their trips to China, and to also offer their services for locating other suppliers, handling quality control and freight consolidation for any major customers requiring these services. Krumholz further stated that the China trip was a tremendous success in many other areas, including finding and establishing many new factories for new products to be introduced by Liteglow before the end of the year. In addition, Krumholz and Wiener worked with several existing vendors to set up better lines of communication and better pricing programs based upon volume commitments for merchandise.
